Excellent hotel, but not really...

Liked: Spa and facilities
Disliked: Long walkway to breakfast was not suitable for mobility issues, myself and company had walking sticks and found it difficult to get around, the lifts were also very slow and confusing. We met another couple also who had to get a wheelchair to go to breakfast. The Fara restaurant was not open on the Sunday night and there was a long wait for a table for bar food in the Forge bar, there was no entertainment on the Sunday night. Which was disappointing for guests with restricted mobility.

Ireland travel

Liked: The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The hotel overall was very comfy. The front lounge was wonderful for just sitting and relaxing. The food at all the 3 restaurants was tasty. The bartending staff were amazing and friendly.
Disliked: As a traveler from another country, we didn't realize that you need to bring your own face cloth for washing. That in Europe there is no top sheet on the beds. These aren't things we didn't like about the hotel. Just found them odd. The entrances to the hotel are not clearly marked for people coming from out of town.

Liked: Friendly staff, lovely hotel, well kept. Food good, good location for visiting Donegal, Derry, Letterkenny, etc.
Disliked: Bit of a kerfuffle on the Thursday night. There was a wedding and a bit of excitement outside in the carpark. Unfortunately under our room, but apart from that everything was great, thanks.
