What People Say

Guests love the helpful 24-hour staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and the unbeatable location. Many reviews highlight the ease of getting around London from this spot, and the quiet environment for a good night’s sleep after a show.

Areas for Improvement

The rooms are on the smaller side, which is typical for central London—but they’re well-kept and have everything you need. Some guests mention the decor is a bit dated, but it's clean and classic rather than worn.

Dissatisfied

Liked: The location was excellent
Disliked: The room was tired and dirty in places black marks on the wall and carpet. Very uncomfortable mattress. The room was in the basement doors upstairs where the main entrance is where you could gear everyone coming and going and the staff were shouting, talking very loudly outside the room door.. no one to greet you at breakfast staff was quite rude. It was not a pleasant experience but I think with some improvements this could be a great hotel.
