Good price-performance ratio

Liked: Pretty location, staff was friendly. It is a good hotel for big groups.
Disliked: Some little difficulties like the water didn’t drain very well in the shower. But not deal breaking.

Good value hotel in a...

Liked: This hotel was great value for money. Not a fancy hotel but a nice, quiet hotel in a very convenient location - very close to underground, other transport and the museum area. Supermarket nearby, restaurants nearby. Walkable to Kensington High Street. As a solo female traveller, I felt comfortable and safe. The single room is small but you have everything you need - kettle, hairdryer etc. Bathroom was a little tight but manageable. Air con was good and I certainly felt the benefit when it got very hot in London. It was also good that I could open the window if I wanted fresh air and no air con. Wifi worked well for me on 4th floor and my bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Staff were friendly. I'd certainly stay here again.
Disliked: I was happy with my stay. If I were nitpicking, I would mention that the continental buffet breakfast was nothing exciting but it was plentiful. Shower water pressure wasn't great.

Breakfast choice albeit continental offered...

Liked: The location and reception on arrival and staff.
Disliked: Basement room, heard activity which was possible laundry room next door. Room decor looked tired needed refurbishment. One inch gap under the fire door(bedroom)!

Liked: Good comfortable hotel in a lovely location, very close to underground, pubs cafes and restaurants ,quite street friendly staff.
