Dissatisfied

Liked: The location was excellent
Disliked: The room was tired and dirty in places black marks on the wall and carpet. Very uncomfortable mattress. The room was in the basement doors upstairs where the main entrance is where you could gear everyone coming and going and the staff were shouting, talking very loudly outside the room door.. no one to greet you at breakfast staff was quite rude. It was not a pleasant experience but I think with some improvements this could be a great hotel.

Superb

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was good. All the staff were lovely. The location was great and it was good value for money.It was all great apart from my room was rather small. I would definitely stay again though.
Disliked: My room was rather small

Disliked: Size of the room, poor quality of WIFI

Liked: Clean, convenient location and reception staff able to provide any info and help needed
Disliked: No mini bar in our room as advertised to keep water etc cold. No sheet under duvet, which is too hot in the summer

Liked: Very central location, small but comfortable room.
Disliked: Cleanliness, there were a few pills under the desk that were from someone before me. I put them in the bin which indicates that it may not be vacuumed under there regularly.

Liked: Location is great. Everything we needed is close by.
Disliked: The breakfast could have been better along with some air conditioning in the breakfast room.

Good price-performance ratio

Liked: Pretty location, staff was friendly. It is a good hotel for big groups.
Disliked: Some little difficulties like the water didn’t drain very well in the shower. But not deal breaking.
