Comfortable stay

Liked: Everything. The lovely lady on reception very helpful too.
Disliked: Disappointed we couldn't get breakfast on the premises. But the lovely receptionist recommended a lovely place to eat.

Second time staying here and...

Liked: Second time staying at this hotel and it’s perfect. Has everything you need, comfortable clean room with good amenities, powerful shower with nice hot water. Very quiet to sleep, free car parking and very friendly staff, just off the motorway and great location for what I needed.

Liked: Convenient location off the m55, clean room, with shower.
Disliked: No fault of the hotel but the adjoining Henry's Smokehouse doesn't open until 12noon each day so no breakfast option available.

Previously stayed here and there...

Liked: Location, helpful staff. room.
Disliked: Having a TV that worked properly. Faulty on/off switch and only BBC1 channel eventually worked.

Disappointing overall, as I have...

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean and well heated.
Disliked: The TV worked initially when I arrived but did not work later in the evening and in the morning. This was a disappointment.Also, on my arrival I was not told that there was a problem with the hot water and I was unable to shower in the morning or even have a warm wash. The person on reception told me that they where having problems with the hot water on my check-out.
