Liked: Very comfortable and quiet, set in its own grounds. Plenty of free parking too! We like The Villa.

Just what we were looking...

Liked: A beautiful hotel in a picturesque village not far from Blackpool, Lytham St Annes, the location really suited us. Comfy beds, helpful staff, good breakfast, free parking… perfect for our overnight stay
Disliked: As it’s in a conservation area we had to log in to the hotel free WiFi as there was no signal at all on our phones, so might not be ideal for business users!

Poor

Disliked: Poor customer service. Tried charging me twice for the room. Made me feel like I’d done something wrong yet no apology once they’d realised their mistake. Other family members had paid a lot less money for larger rooms. Booked breakfast in advance and was still charged on the day price.

Lovely setting with good breakfast

Liked: Lovely setting and convenient for group who were staying here
Disliked: A mix up with dinner booking meant we couldn’t dine in main dining area . We had to relocate to the bar which was a bit small for such a large group. Food generally was good , one or two meals were not. It was very busy and staff did do their best

Quiet and friendly

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was some work going on in the hotel and the electricity in the room didn't work. The staff sorted me out with another room to use the ironing facilities. It was only a 1 night stay and not too much of an inconvenience.
