Very good

Liked: Great location, Walmart, TJ Max across the street . Walk out the back door to Perkins. Staff super friendly.Levi was at the desk when we checked in, super nice and very accommodating.Our room was just renovated, it was very clean.Nice breakfast barI would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Nothing I didn't like

Very bad.. very disappointed

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Extremely poor experience. Once we reached the property they said it was overbooked . With small kids with us and late night it was very hard to find the new hotel. And booking .com didn't help in any way. And didn't return the money. Avoid booking.com

Decent stay for the price,...

Liked: I thought the room was spacious even with a king-sized bed. The A/C unit worked well. The room was nice and quiet for the most part (it's set back from the road so you don't get any traffic noise at all.) The breakfast was better than I expected with lots of options and delicious. The bed was pretty comfortable.
Disliked: When I first got there I had to wait 5-10 minutes for a staff member to show up at the front desk. So, very short-staffed, but then it was the middle of the week. My room's carpet was threadbare on the edges. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The TV worked well, but there weren't a lot of cable TV options - a number of the channels didn't even work. So, meh overall.

Liked: Clean throughout, and the staff was friendly. The food was decent. For 2 night stay it wasn't bad. Next to Walmart, stores and restaurants.
Disliked: Pictures on website misleading. The room was not updated but could tell that the hotel is getting a face-lift. Management was giving staff a talking to about the breakfast setup, and I felt that it should have been handled after guests finished breakfast or privately. It was uncomfortable watching management dress down staff. Opening staff seemed to blame closing staff for breakfast area not being prepped correctly.
