Surprise Hold, Surprise Panties, Solo...

Liked: The Location, The Room Size, The Continental Breakfast
Disliked: The Additional $150. Hold On My Credit Card Until After Checkout. The Fact That Upon Entering The Room, There Were Dirty Panties Left In The Shower. There Were No Washcloths, And When I Asked To Have The Towels Replaced... Only They Sent Up 2. Upon Checkout, No One Was There... Then Someone Told Me To Just Leave My Cards On The Desk. I Then Had To Ask About The Removal Of The Hold On My Credit Card. I Just Felt They Were Unorganized, And Left The Patrons Fending For Themselves. I Have NEVER Experienced Such... And SADLY Chalked It Up To The "Cheap" Booking Rate, That Turned Out To Be NOT So Cheap w/The Unexpected $150. Hold.

Liked: It was a very clean and friendly atmosphere for a small hotel. I would definitely book a room there again. One in the area.
Disliked: I was actually awoken by 2 people talking in the hallway. There wasn't a lot noise-canceling. Products in their walls.
