Clean hotel with good places...

Liked: Great location. Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Some reception staff were not very welcoming.

Very good

Disliked: Bed pillows in the room did not offer any support and were quite flat. You need to purchase new ones. Also, chairs are worn out as when you sit in them the chairs sink right down lacking cushion and support. This was a problem found throughout the property.

Liked: excellent location, love the modern feel to the hotel, lovely bar area. Such friendly staff, especially the lady on reception each day whilst we were there.
Disliked: would love the breakfast to have some more healthier alternatives .e.g decaf tea, more fruit in the yoghurt area, also some seeds an nuts to sprinkle over, plus oats as a cereal option. sourdough bread or wholemeal with seeds would be great too.
