Fantastico

Great view, quiet room, comfortable...

Liked: Fantastic view along the beach and the pier. Nice room. Good shower. Comfy bed. Nice staff. The architecture was a bonus. Interesting history of the building.
Disliked: It was all fine

I stay overnight in Eastbourne...

Liked: Decent shower, redecorated, clean
Disliked: Noisy opposite the bandstand with a Rolling Stones tribute band playing on Sunday night . Concerts every Sunday throughout the season and I wasn’t warned . I asked for different quieter room but the reception said that all rooms were noisy on Sundays. I didn’t find reception staff very friendly or accommodating or courteous. I found them abrupt and perfunctory. Also very basic supplies in bedroom. No bottles of water, no drinking glass , no fridge for example.

Great hotel

Liked: Very clean and tidy nothing to much trouble for any of the staff
Disliked: Drinks and snacks a bit pricey

Liked: The location was very good, the hotel room had a lovely view of the pier. Breakfast was good too. I might book again for the location.
Disliked: The check in was not up to the mark, the lady who checked us in didn't give the adequate details.
