Disliked: I didn't like that I was told that we were given an upgrade.. yet we weren't. I thought that to be a bit unfair, I thought that the money it cost for the night was a bit much..

Liked: Property is beautiful inside reception areas and common spaces. Staff are helpful and considerate.
Disliked: Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired for the price. It is a poor buffet style with minimal options. This is ok for a cheaper hotel but not for the price you pay. Rooms are dated themselves which is in contrast to the beautiful common areas.

Liked: It was perfect for catching our tour bus, just walked right across the street. Also very central for walking to all the shops in Galway.

Fabulous !

Liked: All Staff were fantastic ! especially Celia, who went to extraordinary lengths to help my husband who is visually impaired. But all were really helpful couldn't do enough for us.We loved our stay very central beds comfortable rooms clean and quiet good breakfast lovely decor quirky great gatsby styling we will go back
Disliked: New apartments being built next door bit noisy but that's not the hotels fault.
