Needs an uplift, would not...

Liked: Good views. Central position. Staff were very helpful about charging and storing my ebike.
Disliked: Very small room with a cracked window and view of the fire escape.Place in need of updating. Carpets worn, everything a bit past its best.I was there 2 nights but my room was not serviced while I was there. I was out all day and arrived back to find it exactly as I left it.The first night was extremely noisy with loud raucous drunken singing coming from outside my window _ I could not locate the exact source and the second night was quiet.The advertised Bistro was closed on the evening I arrived.

Great location good breakfast and...

Disliked: We were originally given a room which looked directly onto a roof ! Why not give the customer the best room available if the worst especially for their 1st stay !
