Liked: Beautiful views, great to have both bath and shower, socket next to bed, good mirrors, tea/coffee/kettle, comfortable bed and bedding, breakfast nicely cooked at time of my choice, staff pleasant when available.
Disliked: Difficult to find staff at check-in, breakfast and check-out

We’ll not stat there again

Liked: The breakfast was ok, nothing special
Disliked: We had rain overnight and I came in through the ceiling, all we could hear was the patter of dripping and had to put down towels to soak up the water, as the reception isn’t covered through the night we couldn’t report it till the next morning or move to another room, hence our very low score

Beautiful Bute

Liked: The location is excellent and we had a front facing room with beautiful views.The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were shown round the function room and given an explanation of some local history.We booked breakfast when we arrived and we could pick the time we wanted to eat. Breakfast was good and service was very good.
Disliked: Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Bathroom could do with updating. Shower worked but cold water tap on bath was jammed. Crack in basin and bathroom door did not shut.
