Very good

Basic,but comfortable

Liked: I liked it's location.It was close to everything.I liked that we could have a drink and something to eat without having to leave the building.Its a very grand looking entrance.Our twin room was small but all we needed for an overnight stay.
Disliked: Honestly,I didn't really have anything I didn't like.We didn't have a view or anything,but as I said earlier we were only there overnight for a musical.

Liked: Perfect location in the centre of Melbourne. Off a main rd meant not street noise could be heard.

convenient location, and value for...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool and sauna were an unexpected bonus. The location was convenient for the city.
Disliked: The main reason we have given it a low score is that it was incredibly noisy all night and we didn't get a lot of sleep. There was a loud metal clanging sound all night and when we mentioned it to the manager in the morning, I found her response rather rude and unapologetic. It may have been due to construction outside and not the hotels fault but we would have appreciated a slightly warmer and helpful response when we mentioned it.
