Liked: The location of the hotel is great, right at the centre of Melbourne CBD. There is a tram stop nearby. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The air in the hallway can be a bit stuffy. The elevators are tiny.

Great Location

Liked: The location was brilliant! We were able to walk to attractions or public transport. Close to so many restaurants and shopping centres. The trams were in the free zone area, which made getting around easier. The room was a good size, and the beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: I understand that there are costs involved for paying by card, but it was quite a bit, which then put a damper on our stay. The money that we saved on bookings.com was then paid in card fees. In the future it will make me check out what the card costs are before booking accommodation.
