Liked: We loved the central location, minimal street traffic out the front. Staff were helpful and friendly. Leaving bags prior to check in and after check out while we waited for our airport departure was really helpful! Our beds were extremely comfortable and bathroom facilities were great. A daily service was much appreciated. My boys liked the gym and pool facilities however they are in MUCH need of a deep clean and freshen up!
Disliked: I felt our room could have been a little cleaner (specifically wardrobe tracks full of crumbs, hair and fluff behind bathroom door, potato chips down the back of the bed.) providing spare/different height pillows in wardrobe would have been good. We had a family of 4 and the room only had 2 chairs in it and no table. We used our ironing board for more bench space!? The pool and gym facilities were great however both were very dirty! The pool needed a deep clean and the floors throughout this area were gross and filthy. Bandaid beside pool.
