Lovely relaxing break

Liked: The location is excellent the staff in restaurant /bar all seemed to enjoy being there singing away at breakfast and carol on the evening extremely friendly and welcoming
Disliked: The lady on reception was not very welcoming room was ready earlier but refused to let us check in till 3 on the dot even though we travelled a long way to get there not great customer service caused a long line to form

Liked: The location was fantastic, parking was very convenient and the decor was beautifully done.
Disliked: We had a vent in the bathroom that was flapping making noise, the staff did everything they could to fix the issue and really tired their hardest to rectify the problem

Disliked: Staff attitude was less then friendly everything was a chore attitude I’ve never experienced in my life water went off told to drive 5miles an get a shower!

Liked: Took our black labrador, good size room for him to lay out, very dog friendly Big comfy bedLovely bar area, good atmosphere & my husband was very pleased as was showing the golfGreat location for dog walks on the beach, 5 mins walk away
