Liked: The service was 100/10, we were greeted by the lovely staff who have beautiful manors and were very welcoming to us! Location of the hotel was perfect, food was excellent and well served, rooms were convenient but the beds, pillows and shower were a huge let down, bed was uncomfortable and felt cheap to lie down in. Pillows were rough and uncomfortable too. Shower was our biggest let down, was to low myself (I’m 6ft) and almost to low for my partner, pressure wasn’t very good either. Over all we had a good stay and will most likely be back again.

Disliked: Three beds in the 1 room wasn't ideal for 3 adults and 1 child. Only 1 chair.

Liked: The room was very good, location wonderful and the staff extremely helpful.
Disliked: Food in the restaurant - it lacked imagination, finesse, and choice. The price - obviously prices had been inflated because of the Rugby Test. But I wasn't there for the Rugby - in fact I was back home by the time the match began. I understand the need to take advantage of opportunities to increase profits. It's a pity that it was a high cost all guests had to pay.

Liked: Location is great, central to everything. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: You have to pay $20 night to park on top of room cost which we weren't aware of prior to booking, the rooms and building were quite tired, its probably better to buy breakfast out as felt the buffet wasn't value for quality.
