Brilliant stay, can’t thank the...

Liked: The staff make this hotel, they went above and beyond to meet our needs. The room was nice, very clean and comfortable. Location was ideal for our needs and the WiFi actually works considering the location.
Disliked: The food! It was a bit pants, nice enough but over priced with some strange chip options available. My only real issue is with Booking.com. They don’t make clear which rooms are the best in order, instead they operate by displaying discount rates. I should have checked the vendors website before booking as I would have chosen a better room for a lower price had I of known. But nothing wrong with the room we ended up in.

Liked: Value for money. The staff and the room was well above what I expected for the value. Breakfast was great plus the service. I will definitely be coming back very soon. It’s presented very well and has a nice park to the back of the building plus summer decking area. Even thinking of having are wedding reception there.
Disliked: I liked everything no negatives

Disliked: Rudely awoken at 9.15am by someone coming into the room. Can only assume it was a member of staff.Check out wasn't until 11am so to be woken up and then feel rushed out the hotel wasn't a nice feeling when we'd paid quite a bit of money.
