I would stay again in...

Liked: Loved the location, the reception from the vermont and helpful staff. The bed was comfortable and I liked how quickly the bath filled up. The view out of my window was amazing too. The above bar was very nice and the cocktails were tasty. Check in and checkout times fitted my schedule, although there was a little queue at checkout. The corridors were well air-conditioned. Room service was delicious and available 24 hours.
Disliked: I didnt like the amount of dust in my room and bathroom. I cleaned some of it myself. Including the fan which was caked in dust. There was also a pair of knickers and socks in the wardrobe when i arrived and was unpacking my bag. The heat in my room was unbearable. Completely unbearable. They definitely need air-conditioning in all the south facing rooms as my makeup was melting as I was applying it.I also didn't like how I wasn't shown the bill in the above bar linked to the hotel and instead just handed the card reader to pay. I didn't realise I had paid an extra £7ish in service charge for 4 drinks. I thought it was a bit sly and if I'd known I would have asked to remove it as we had quite a wait for our order to be taken and drinks to arrive. I also had to ring for room service twice as it didn't arrive after an hour the first time I called down.

Liked: The location was perfect for city centre and train station access. Shower was powerful.
Disliked: The rooms were tired. The glasses in my room were dusty. There was no complimentary water. Reception was slow and unhelpful.
