Great location, however no value...

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: Overpriced, too loud during the night (loud music from the street) and limited support from personnel to ask question/get support.

Liked: Location was excellent for City Centre and Harbour area
Disliked: The entrance to the hotel was filthy and bins weren't emptied for three days while we were there Also the mats in the entrance area were filthy also . Rats under the wooden seating area outside the hotel. Staff very hostile, unhelpful and unmannerly at Breakfast. One staff member, IVAN , was excellent and made up for a very bad experience.We stayed in a Superior Double which was clean and adequate, but no tea/coffee making or any extras.

Disliked: Very small twin room with tiny beds, a window that couldn’t be opened and a windowless bathroom

Great location, no frills.

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: One must check in with a kiosk system. Unless you arrive during breakfast, you get the feeling like there is no lobby or staff at all. They actually have a separate restaurant that wraps around the mini elevator area. But when those gates are all down, it kind of feels like checking into an Airbnb.
