The hotel was nice. It's very clean; the staff is friendly. Great location - maybe that's why the price is so high. Valet Parking is an additional charge $39, yikes.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Price.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel concept is wonderful. Even if you are not someone who loves rock music. Our room was really nice with a lot of space for our luggage. The cleaning staff was great and the people were really kind. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. The location is also great because there are some metro stations near the hotel, but the neighborhood has a lot to offer (especially if you are a baseball fan).
Disliked: I think that the breakfast has little to offer for someone who prefers to have something salty.

Beyond meh

Liked: Location
Disliked: We ended up paying $450 a night for what basically felt like a Howard Johnson experience. The hotel looks cool — it’s in a great location, has a trendy vibe, and the staff seems hip — but beyond that, it falls short. It’s extremely loud, and after staying in multiple different rooms here over time, I can confirm there’s no such thing as a quiet spot. The staff smiles a lot but isn’t particularly helpful or friendly. We got conflicting answers about basic amenities — several employees swore there was no gym, even though there actually is one.The rooms are spacious, but weirdly there’s nowhere comfortable to hang out except by the pool. The on-site restaurant is decent, but the bartender had a serious attitude. Breakfast is very underwhelming — unless you’re a big fan of Hampton Inn-style buffets.Overall, it’s a 3-star hotel trying hard to act like it’s more — but at its core, it’s a dressed-up Hampton Inn. The pool seems to be a big draw for guests, but honestly, it was so filthy we wouldn’t even get in. Just nasty.

Decent, but safety is questionable

Disliked: Not ideal for seniors.Safety:At first, we thought the rooms were safe and the doors were properly locked. For 2–3 days, we used the key as usual and didn’t notice anything wrong. But one day, we opened the door without using the key — it just opened! This means anyone could have gotten into our room for the first few days, without us knowing. They did replace the lock after we reported it, They promised to offer compensation through Booking.com only after they saw me recording a video of the problem, but never followed through with the compensation! (I'm happy to share the video with Booking if needed — the review only allowed photo uploads, not videos.)
