Liked: The lobby looks pretty and beautiful but make sure to check your room before agreeing to stay on it.
Disliked: I am writing to express my profound disappointment and serious concern regarding the conditions of the suite I occupied during my recent stay at your esteemed resort. My reservation was made through Booking.com for two nights, from July 2nd to July 4th, 2025, for myself, my husband, and my 5-year-old daughter.Upon checking into Room 330 on the 5th floor, we immediately noticed an unpleasant and "weird" odor in the suite, particularly emanating from the carpet, which smelled old and musty. This initial impression was concerning, especially for a 5-star establishment. Unfortunately, these conditions seemed to have an immediate impact on our health. During our first night, both my daughter and I began experiencing flu-like symptoms, including headaches, which significantly detracted from our ability to enjoy our stay.The most alarming discovery occurred on our last night, July 3rd, when we found visible mold in the bathroom of our suite. Given the late hour (past midnight) and the difficulty of contacting reception at that time, combined with our exhaustion and desire to simply rest, we were unable to report this issue immediately. As a result, we were forced to spend our final night in a room with unsanitary and potentially hazardous conditions. I have documented this issue thoroughly with photographs and videos as evidence.As a guest paying for a premium 5-star experience, I had every expectation of impeccable cleanliness and top-notch maintenance, regardless of the age of the property. The presence of mold, coupled with the pervasive unpleasant odor and the subsequent health issues experienced by my family, is entirely unacceptable and falls far below the standards one would anticipate from The Venetian.One more thing very old hair dryer I didn't even dare to touch or use.

Liked: Stunning hotel, plenty luxurious touches, very comfy beds and large dressing room was a big hit. Lovely pool area which was open in the evening.
Disliked: Nothing!
