Loved our stay and the...

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Beautiful reception, restaurant/bar and rooms. Clean rooms. The pool was also really nice with a great view of the city and amenities such as towels, and long opening hours (both pool and poolbar). Perfect location on beautiful street with easy access to subway, main sights downtown and Georgetown. Delicious (but somewhat limited) breakfast options.
Disliked: Upon checking-in, hotel applied an additional 28$ daily "destination fee". This could be used as a credit applied toward food/beverages bought at the hotel and the hotel provided complementary facemask sheets and other sweet gestures which was nice, so we didn't mind - but this should be disclosed during booking. Additionally, upon checking out, we learned that the hotel applied a "destination fee tax". It was a relatively small amount, but again, should have been disclosed earlier, and we found it a little odd that there would be an additional tax added for this. Pool area could be cleaner (sandy floors and some dirt stains in the inside of the pool walls).

I will not stay here...

Liked: We had no power and I asked about a discount in an email and they have not responded.
Disliked: There are many undisclosed fees… they don’t tell you that parking is 60 dollars a day plus tax and there is no where else to park and a couple other random fees on my final bill , I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel for the total price paid
