Nice location

Liked: Location and great front desk staff
Disliked: HVAC noise, soiled carpets and some restaurant staff attitude

Liked: Second room overlooked the beautiful buildings across the street
Disliked: First room overlooked the dumpsters. Bathroom too small. Furniture is old and the USB outlet did not work.

Great location, wonderful stay.

Liked: Great restaurant and tea shop. Very clean and tidy rooms.
Disliked: Mirrors in bathrooms were damaged and looked to be of poor quality.

Fantastic spot DC sightseeing

Liked: Fantastic location. So many great places to eat nearby, at reasonable prices. Easy walk to the Metro. We were there for sightseeing, and this was a perfect spot. Hotel is nice, the breakfast was very good. Quiet despite the location in a fairly busy area. The staff were excellent, and helped us with directions and dinner recommendations. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Disliked: The beds were small. We booked a room with 2 double beds for 2 adults and 1 child. My wife and I are both average to thin build, and near average height, and we could not comfortably share a bed. At 5‘11“, my feet were hanging off the end. We got the room we booked, so no false advertising or bait and switch. I think we saw double room and were expecting 2 queens, because this configuration is pretty standard in hotels these days. Just pay attention when booking if you’re large or tall.

Liked: The room was very clean and the staff was very nice. The helped with explaining how to use the metro and we were able to travel to all of our destinations on the metro.
Disliked: The bathroom was very small for three people. But it was cleaned nicely every day of our stay.

Great location, would stay again.

Liked: Wonderful location near Dupont Circle. Excellent access to the metro (2 minute walk/just around the corner). Did not require a car to get around DC, which is a plus. Clean rooms, great staff. Enjoyed my stay. My room had a great view of the street (instead of another side of the hotel), which was wonderful. Would book again. Thank you.
Disliked: There is no fridge in each room, HOWEVER it was easily requested and brought promptly to the room. Overall, not a big deal. Something to keep in mind.

Overall a great stay.

Liked: Perfectly located close to shops, city landmarks, and transportation.
Disliked: the stairs coming in and out of the lobby - it is hard to manage heavy suitcases in their porter is busy.

Disliked: The room is too small and the bed is definitely not a queen bed. The bed is too small for two people and the pillows are uncomfortable. Cleanliness in general was average
