Liked: Restaurant was good, kids loved the game room, staff was nice and helpful.
Disliked: Small rooms, old showers

Liked: Nice location, nice room but a little too smalll
Disliked: Too expensive and we had to pay extra for parking on top of that. (Valet)

Had a wonderful time, but...

Liked: THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT CHECK IN, HE WAS AMAZING, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING PERFECTLY, ASSITED ME TO THE ELEVATOR AND PROVIDED ME FAST ROOM SERVICE! HE MADE MY EXPERIENCE AMAZING!
Disliked: THE BAR...AND STAFF OF BAR AT DINNER TIME . I DIDNT FEEL APPRECIATED AND THEY DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING I LIKED, AND THEY WERE VERY DRY AND DIDNT TAKE THE TIME TO TALK AND SUGGEST A DRINK THAT I MIGHT ENJOY. HE JUST TOOK MY MENUE AWAY. SO I WENT TO A MEXICAN BAR, CALLED ALERO DOWN THE STREET INSTEAD, THEY HAD BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, MORE ENGAGING, HELPFUL IN FINDING A DRINK THAT I WOULD ENJOY. MADE AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE.

Good location and way overpriced...

Liked: The complimentary breakfast sucked! Had better at cheap motels.
Disliked: LOUD HVAC. Hallways cold. Had to use a freight elevator to get around the 10 step stairway. Clerks in blue jeans. Out of coffee.
