Very disappointing and not value...

Liked: Breakfast was disappointing. Cup of tea was served cold beans with serve cold with a full English overall very greasy.
Disliked: Shower in room nearly flooded the room as wasn’t draining properly had to put towels down to prevent going into the hotel room itself

Fabulous weekend with friends.

Liked: Clean, quirky and perfectly located.

Disliked: The room on the 6th floor was under the dining room with hard floor I was kept up until after they were closed and cleared. I need to get up early and it was a nightmare.

Exceptional

Liked: Love the room with a view, but it was quite small. For the price we paid, would have expected a bit more luxury, i.e. perhaps a bath instead of just a shower. Loved the quilt and the fresh cotton linen. Liked the decor and the verandah was a bonus. a
Disliked: Larger room, maybe a bigger bed.

Awful

Liked: Previously been to the roof top bar is nice
Disliked: Arrived at the property to be told the system had messed up and that there was not booking for us. Shoved aside by one staff member and told they where busy dispute us turning up before they’re workload picked up. Once we had finally been told that there wasn’t space for us another staff member told us it wasn’t there fault no apologies and no accountability wouldn’t recommend

Would recommend

Liked: The location was perfect. Lovely hotel with exceptional staff who were very kind cheerful and polite and went above and beyond what was expected. Food was lovely and the roof top bar was a great experience
Disliked: Bed could of been a little bit more comfortable

Liked: Excellent location. Good size room and super size bathroom. Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Great rooftop restaurant and bar. Certainly recommend.
