Superb

Very comfortable and well located...

Liked: The room was very comfortable and spacious. It was also nice and quite and we slept well. The hotel was well located to explore the city from. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The showerscreen didn't really cover the shower and so felt near impossible to use it without flooding the bathroom. I was a little disappointed by the spa as it was rather small and felt quite crowded. I was also dissappointed with the restaurant. The food was nice enough, but overpriced for what it was and service felt perfunctory and I expected more for the price we were paying. I think with the restaurant you are really paying for the lovely view, rather than the whole dining experience.

Would stay again

Liked: Fabulous location within easy walking distance of many Cambridge sights and restaurants. The Six bar has amazing food, great cocktails and fabulous views of the city. The staff have all been very friendly and helpful. Valet parking is easy and efficient. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room quiet
Disliked: The bathroom could be more user friendly as not much service space and a very high edge bath to climb into for a shower

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Room was cosy but small. Tricky to navigate with the luggage stand so close to the door and no alternative place for it. Didn’t love that the bedroom door doesn’t have a peep hole.

Nice hotel in good location

Liked: Great location, comfortable clean rooms and friendly staff. Excellent gym.
Disliked: Spa is small and hot tub wasnt very warm. Rooftop only served small selection. Valet parking was quite expensive.

Our stay was lovely.central based....

Liked: Maintained well inviting from entrance. Most of all staff couldn’t have accommodated you more. All of my requests were in place as I had my elderly parents with me. We had ordered a dome but my parents didn’t feel it was for them. So we were offered a nice table overlooking the city. Breakfast was excellent. A good start for the day as we were off on a punting tour early. Valet. Your car is taken safely away and returned as requested.
Disliked: Just in our room curtains /window dressing needed tidying up.

Liked: The hotel was lovely and clean. Food was very nice
Disliked: Although the breakfast was good. I was made to feel like I was putting the staff out. Wanted some more coffee but felt I couldn’t ask.

Liked: Great location. Beautiful room, accommodated our request for a balcony. Fabulous views
Disliked: Asked for a loan of a phone charger….no call back to advise either way. Ideally should be USB points in the room.No decaf coffee….at all…..breakfast was a very poor show. Better selections at a Premier Inn
