Liked: Convenience, cleanliness, comfort of the bed, the staff.
Disliked: Seating arrangement in the bedroom. Only one chair and that only ‘dining’ type in the room. For a couple, at that price of room, there should be at least two small ‘armchair’ type of chairs in the room. When asked we did have another small chair brought to the room for which we were grateful.

Liked: The fact I had come away for a peaceful night the room next door to us having a party isn’t acceptable. We first heard noise at midnight but let that go for an hour and then called reception, and which nothing really happened. Then at 3am still awake we had to call again.
Disliked: Spa wasn’t as good as the pictures looked, dirty hot tub
