Disliked: It was under renovation and I wasn't made aware of that. They didn't have ice, I got 2 different tv remotes and neither worked. None of the vending machines worked. We literally had to walk over half a block for water. Terrible experience

Disliked: Stayed here for a day. We were going on a cruise the very next day. The location is a 15min ride from the port of Miami and that's the best thing about the hotel. This is the most low budget hotel I've ever stayed at. The check in process was fast, so that was great. It smelled bad as soon as you opened the front door. The pool is murky, so we didn't get in that. I didn't feel safe enough to venture out and leave my bags in the room. The bedding and mattress was horrible. Very thin mattress, linen was dingy, towels were disgusting. There's lockers in the room for storage, like come on! How did this qualify as a Wynham property? I actually slept with my clothes on. I wouldn't recommend this to someone that slapped my mother. Don't stay here if you care about comfort or safety.
