Pictures look much better than...
Liked: Location was great and the roof top had an amazing view and delicious cocktails!
Disliked: Dated rooms - paint peeling, runs in the carpet, bathrooms oldNo cocktail service by pool. Front desk staff was ok, not quick on follow up nor what you would expect for a hotel that cost $600+ a nightI?ve visited other Auberge hotels and this place is far below the standard.

Overall a lovely hotel with...
Liked: Breakfast choices were excellent and were also very well done. All the food was prepared exceptionally well. Very tasty!!! Service was great but they were a bit understaffed, possibly due to the covid19 situation.
Disliked: Pool was small. Water was a bit cold. Hotel could use a renovation. Parking lot not great, but very accessible.

Extremely disappointed in your hotel...
Liked: Room size
Staff is very nice and try to be accommodating
Disliked: GM not to be found HVAC room systems excessively loud to the point they interfere with a good night sleep Front entrance closed because first floor carpet removal and installation of new . Asbestos under existing carpet exposed without proper safe guards for guests and employees. Tiny bathroom. FF & E is a joke. No drawers, no dresser, blank walls. Hard pillows, in bedroom. Very poor lighting in both bedroom and sitting room. No hand held shower head. Upon arrival, no valet service. Not a clock or radio in entire hotel. TV in bedroom inadequate size. Fire alarm goes on during the day with no notice or warning from staff. Stays on for six minutes and had to call front desk to ask if we should vacate the premises. In view of the above your daily rate is ridiculous and the additional resort fee compounds the most Un enjoyable hotel experience we have had. It would also be nice to have a newspaper delivered to the room but that would really be asking too much.

Great overall, my family &...
Liked: Exceptional service by all, location was convenient walk to main shopping & wharf. Building maintained very well.
Disliked: View of parking lots, very noisy air conditioner, blinds especially in bedroom & bathroom, need to be sheer or open up/down.

Beautiful hotel but gimmicky and...
Liked: The hotel was very cute. It made me feel like I was taken away to different time period. It was also located near a lot of places to walk to.
Disliked: One one side of the bed was filthy. There was dirt, dust, stray hairs, and a candy wrapper. There were no towels by the pool both days we were there. I had to run to my room to grab my bath towels. Breakfast service was awful. We waited 40 minutes for our waitress to come to the table after getting up to tell staff we were waiting to order. They got my order wrong and my husbands when we did get our food. The place not overly busy so I?m not sure what was going on. I think these types of issues are unacceptable for a place as expensive as this. We will not be back.
