We had such a lovely stay, staff were so helpful and friendly. A small grocery shop would go a long way on the site. The

Liked: Comfortable beds, high quality sofas, nice touches such as toilettries and dressing gowns.
Disliked: Fridge really wasnt very good, even on coldest setting it wasnt that cold. Some simple things lacking - large knife, bread knife, tongs that worked, a frying pan (had to try and do bacon, sausage and eggs in one large skillet pan). No sockets near the bed to charge phones.

Liked: The pool and staff
Disliked: No hot water in the evening - the team told us on arrival that they work 9-6pm. The hot water issue happened around 9pm. When we told them about this on departure they asked why we didnt call them! First I was in shower when it happen, I had to take cold shower out! This is a basic which they failed to provide also the property is not clean!! Very bad smell as we entered in and throughout the stay. The staff are nice but they were not able to make up for the issue with hot water and didnt even offer anything and made it sound like our issues.
