Very good

Liked: Food was absolutely gorgeous. Staff were so friendly and helpful. My mum was on a rolator and they came straight over to help us when we arrived.
Disliked: Room was a bit noisy with traffic. Also very warm tho yhere was a fan but still very warm. Not the hotels fault as extreme temperatures all over last couple of weeks.

Liked: Good location, nice atmosphere, clean, staff helpful,
Disliked: Room on the small side, food portions on the large side - caesar salad would feed 3 people!Find it very off putting & embarrassing when you leave half of it because there was just too much! The garden area is lovely it's just a pity the entrance to it means going out of the hotel & walking round the back past the carpark to get to it.

Relaxing stay at the Valley...

Liked: Lovely hotel. Comfortable room and great bed. Breakfast was delicious. Nothing not to like.
Disliked: Everything was fine for a one night stay.

Liked: It was clean and staff was lovely. Food was lovely. 10 mins away from the wedding we were attempting. Hotel offered to get us taxi if we needed. Bed was comfortable. Would recommend and stay again
