Functional, lovely staff, could have...

Liked: The location was good , the staff we met were lovely and the breakfast cafe next door was fab.
Disliked: The room was very tight for a four day stay. Functional and industrial in decor, pictures looked better than real life. We needed to store luggage above the wardrobe and it appeared it hadn’t ever been dusted due to the amount of dust that came down with the luggage.

Disliked: Water leaking from ceiling onto floor beside the bed. It did not just happen and is why our room was warm.before we got there...drying it out before our arrival.Room 304.

Disliked: We were in a room right next to elevator was a bit noisy with people coming in late at night , bed was a bit hard for me

Liked: The location was close to the train station, and there were nice restaurants nearby.
Disliked: However, the room was not soundproof, so I couldn’t sleep well due to the noise from outside, and the towels seemed old.

Friendly staff, clean accommodation and...

Liked: The staff were very welcoming. For the most part the accommodation was quiet. The room was clean and neat when I arrived. The best part was its location in Newtown which is so vibrant. Close to train and bus.
Disliked: The room was a bit of a squeeze with the bed and other furniture.

Wonderful Hip Place to Explore...

Liked: This is was a great place to explore Sydney -- the vibe was totally urban. Brooklyn. London. Awesome restaurants nearby. The train is only a five minute way. The staff was the best -- they went beyond being helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Urban to anyone visiting Sydney.
Disliked: Hard pressed to find anything. It was great being with my family there.
