Liked: A lovely hotel very welcoming and very clean our room was lovely the bed was so comfortable. The food was outstanding great quality. The staff were so professional and helpful first class service. Highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: No issues at all.

Great base to explore Fife

Liked: The food was great and the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The room and bathroom were lovely. I couldn't fault any of that. But I had to give a low score due to getting very little sleep because of the noise!
Disliked: My room was at the main entrance restuarant, toilets and the loud voices and banging doors were constant until just after 10pm. I was then woken several times due to what sounded like a loud generator starting up and then there was a number of loud voices outside and a car skidding around in the car park. I must have got about 2 hours sleep when the staff started to arrive at 7am and the noise inside started again. I had booked and paid for 2 nights but left after one night. No refund for the room offerred but they did refund the next days breakfast after I asked. I would definitely recommend for a meal but not for an overnight stay unless you are a heavy sleeper. Or maybe the other rooms upstairs/away from the entrance/carpark are quieter!

Liked: Mum and I stayed here for one night. Lovely location, nice comfortable accommodation and friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel was also good.

Liked: The apartment was amazing it was ideal for our family. Staff were very friendly and accommodating nothing was too much trouble.
