Great spot for a Santa Barbara Bowl visit. Pretty short walk and very quiet hotel. Nice staff and breakfast included.

Liked: Nice quiet hotel; friendly staff. Room was very clean.
Disliked: The shower didn't have a lot of water pressure.

Disliked: Stayed in a cottage and you could hear guests on all sides and behind. Heater went on and off all night - like every 5 minutes Couldn’t sleep with the combination of other guests and heater

Nice stay in the heart...

Liked: Location was excellent, a quiet side road at the heart of downtown Santa Barbara. Lovely surroundings within a small complex of colonial houses.
Disliked: Breakfast had a very small offer. Some elements of the room, such as windows and carpets, could be upgraded and cleaner. Price was on a higher side.

Overall, a wonderful and comfortable...

Liked: Very comfortable room. Wonderful interior gardens. Easy walking distance to activities in town.
Disliked: Continental breakfast was so so

Liked: Small building around a garden and lobby.
Disliked: Not much seating area for breakfast. But I think it is because of rainy weather: cannot seat outside.

GREAT RESTAURANT IN HOTEL QUIET...

Liked: STAFF WAS FRIENDLY BED WAS GREAT AND TOWELS WERE WONDERFUL.OLD VICTORIAN FEEL AND A GREAT PORCH TO HAVE BREAKFAST OR DINNER ON.
Disliked: PARKING IS A PROBLEM AT TIMES
