Neat and stylish rooms, great...

Liked: The room was a lot quieter than I thought it would be given the location. I couldn't hear any street noise. But possibly I could hear other guests. Sound seemed to bleed through. But only a couple of times. Very good communication about the lift, and good clear solves for getting luggage up.Nice simple decor too. The high ceilings were great.
Disliked: Just a small thing. Showerheads could improve. Water flow was average.

Ok if you just need...

Liked: location was good- easy to get to everything, transport being close by
Disliked: The room stunk of chinese food because of the resultants behind the building and the facilities could be more clean. When trying to use the help for getting bags down the stairs no one responded and I had to do it myself which proved to be quite dangerous.

The Ultimo was a great...

Liked: Close to Central Station and light rail services. Family room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the porters who kindly carried our luggage up to room and back to lobby when lift was out of service.

Will think twice before booking...

Liked: Lift was not working, that was not informed while booking, we had knee problem to climb up two levels. Cramped and no vent in room with very low light and fresh air. Charging points near bed are totally in accessible with tables kept hiding them. Toilet brush was not kept, and flush was not working properly. Charging prices that high lust for location is not reasonable for business people.
