Liked: The location was great, staff friendly and helpfuland beds very comfortable
Disliked: The remote to the tv didnt work even after the staff member tried to change the battery. I book hotel rooms with the comfort of tv being a deciding factor.

Liked: Clean property nice facilities
Disliked: Can’t control your own Aircon, even in winter the rooms became too warm to sleep without Aircon. One Aircon system controls 10 rooms according to the staff that work there and when one room requests a warmer setting they will accommodate that meaning all 10 rooms will be on the warmer setting. Something that would have bern nice to know prior to booking.

Ultimo Experience Recommended
Liked: I had a great experience at Ultimo. When I checked in, I hadn’t had proper sleep for a couple of days and was feeling exhausted and a bit cranky. There was some renovation work going on at the hotel, and the drilling noise was too loud for me to rest. I raised my concern, and the staff kindly helped me move rooms—twice. They could easily have found it inconvenient to move my luggage for me, but they were patient and helpful throughout.
Disliked: I do wish the renovation notice had been displayed clearly on the main booking page, rather than only in an email after booking. I was on the move at the time and didn’t check my email, so I was unaware of the works. That said, the kindness and professionalism of the staff made all the difference, and I’m truly grateful for how patiently they handled my complaints.
