Liked: A unique situation for us but the staff were outstanding - such excellent service!! I had booked this as a feature was accessibility (for wheelchair) - however as they had renovations happening, the lift wasn't operational. They notified me of this but I was only booking the day prior so was out of time. When we arrived and confirmed we couldn't stay - they did everything under the sun to arrange accommodation for us, and of course issued a refund. I was incredibly pleased with this kindness and service - rang at least 6 hotels to arrange a booking for us.

Liked: Very comfortable stay.
Disliked: As they are going through renovations the lift wasn’t working, I wish there was something to compensate for this. We also made a booking for 5 people but were unable to get a room side by side which was unfortunate.

Liked: The location. Amenities.
Disliked: Due to out-of-service of the lifts, though the hotel arrange for some porters for the guests, i could be troublesome for several baggages. A porter would ask the guests for taking care of some of their own bags.
