Disliked: Could not park recreational vehicle for a few minutes on the property stating it was their policy spoke to someone about it stated they would get back with me after they follow up never heard anything. Alarm going off at 4am for an extended period of time had to run down 8 flights of stairs with my infant son in the middle of the night just to reach the from desk and they announce a false alarm. Charged for breakfast that i never received asked for the charge to be removed no response. Asked Housekeeping for towels while on our floor she didn’t give them to me stating we will clean ur room later.

I enjoyed my stay and...

Liked: I stayed in room 1033. The sunset view from there was awesome prossibly the best in town. The sunrise is not visible but still a great view. We also had access to the pool. With fresh towels. The Valet was pricey but the same around town. They had our car very quickly never had to wait more than 10 minutes. I also liked ther partnership withe the shop on the ground floor for beach supply rentals this should be extended to 4 credits instead of the 3 credits.
Disliked: The valet was pricey. Checking in desk was under staffed waited s long time to check in. The elevators are card access only. Reception is on the third floor while valet is on ground level.
