Liked: Room was excellent. Comp upgrade. Very happy . Quiet which was perfect for us getting away from the busy life's we have hotel was clean and well maintained reception staff where 10/10. Missis booked a spa was very happy with it. Therapist was very thorough and overall enjoyed every minute of it
Disliked: Night staff came across as very rude. Almost grumpy and uninterested .Arrived back after an evening out. Asked for drinks (non-alcoholic) didn't get an answer made us feel like we where not welcome. Breakfast was also very disappointing. First morning ordered eggs Benedict bacon was inedible overcooked well past the point of crispy. Hollandaise lacked any flavour just dull. 2nd morning issue with bacon again tasted like it was sitting ina bain Marie all morning almost gray. Me personally I find breakfast one of the most important parts of a hotel to get right as for most people it's the last thing they'll remember from a stay and for it to be as bad as it was it's disappointing as it takes away from all the good things we enjoys. Would definitely stay again but wouldn't include breafast

Disliked: Tiny thing, camp bed provided was bit sunken, wasn’t comfortable
