Bad
Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel and do not recommend it.First, the man at the reception was extremely rude and unprofessional. After checking out, I was surprised to learn they charge extra just to store your luggage for a few hours — something most hotels offer for free. The reception is located in a completely different building across the street, which was very inconvenient. I only stayed for one night, but that was enough.Late at night, I was woken up by loud, aggressive knocking and shouting just outside my room. It sounded like a family dispute, and it was frightening and stressful. No hotel staff were present to handle the situation, which made me feel unsafe.Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I will not return and advise others to avoid this place as well.

Not a luxury room. Standards...
Liked: It had a nice refurbished bathroom, had an air condition unit, staff were nice and friendly, location is good, area is nice, close to supermarket.
Disliked: This was room 101, so maybe other single luxury rooms are different but this was my experience. The room was anything but luxury it was tiny, barely fit to walk in a straight line. It was not very clean, dust in top and bottom selves which I had to clean. WiFi was bad. Next to a busy road. No desk. Unsuitable for work. Did not even fit a chair.
