Liked: Location is great, access to victoria station and within walking distance of all the big attractions, plenty of bars and restaurants
Disliked: When we arrived there was a sock on the fire alarm and the shower glass and mirror had evidence of being cleaned but not to a great standard and one light was missing a cover

Disappointed from Arrival to Departure

Liked: The room was a nice, comfy colour.
Disliked: Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was disappointing from the start. On arrival, I mistakenly went to the wrong entrance across the road, and although I apologised repeatedly, the receptionist was unnecessarily condescending. He kept insisting the correct entrance was clearly marked despite it not being as obvious as he claimed and felt the need to over-explain it instead of simply handing me the room key and allowing me to settle in. It’s unreasonable to expect guests to assume reception and rooms are located on separate sides of the street, as this isn’t standard for most hotels.Once inside, the issues continued. The pillows were stained, the floor had clearly not been vacuumed, the covers reeked of strong bleach, and the sink was noticeably dirty. Altogether, it didn’t feel like the room had been properly cleaned or prepared.

Disliked: The toilet and sink are so close together. You can't sit properly.🙂‍↕️
