Convenient location, clean and just...

Liked: Location was the main reason I chose this hotel. Close to Victoria station
Disliked: The room was as expected from the pictures. I would have liked it to have a refrigerator and some way to have my suitcase open without it being on the bed or blocking the doorway.

Good hotel in central location

Liked: Ticks many boxes. Small room but super affordable. Powerful hot shower. Quiet location. High ceiling. Bed mattress was soft but not uncomfortable like other people mention on here(it’s a matter of personal preference I guess). View isn’t great but for £94 a night in a city centre, it’s worth it.

Liked: The hotel room was small but clean. It has a great location, approximately 6 minutes (walking) to Victoria Station. Would highly recommend to tourists. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Liked: On first impression it seemed ok, wasn't expecting much for the price and we only needed somewhere to sleep for one night after seeing a show.On closer inspection it needs a deep clean. Runners on the end of the bed had stains, the carpet needed hoovering, the soap dispenser was filthy, as were the corners on the floor and around the shower .You had to be a contortionist to sit on the toilet, as the sink sat right over it.The pillows were flat, I mean really flat and the bed very uncomfortable. Hardly any watchable channels on the TV.No nozzle for the hairdryer.No chair or stool to sit at, so had to stand up to do my hair and makeup. If you wanted to sit and use the desk area, you couldn't.Although it wasn't a small room, the bed was so close to a sloping wall, that I banged my head every time I got out of bed.I'll end on a positive, the location was good.
