An exceptional stay as we...

Liked: The staff is what I like about the property very accommodating and polite. Catered to everyone’s need when needed.
Disliked: The noise from other guests! The hotel was very popular with youngsters coming back from a night out. I thought I was in a hostel of tourists or back packers. Otherwise ok.

Liked: Clean bedding
Disliked: Everything else. Noisy VERY uncomfortable bed with springs coming out, nowhere to put clothes -not even a nail in the wall to hang your coat or towel. Overall a place that tried to provide the bare necessities, but forgot the necessities

We left almost immediately. If...

Liked: Honestly. The lovely lady at the reception desk. That’s all.
Disliked: It’s dirty. The floor, the carpet. The headboard. The entrance. The pictures on booking.com must not have been updated. The shower room could do with some modifications. The place is totally run down. I do not know what a halfway house looks like, but it seems like this would fit. We left as soon as we got there.

Liked: My stay at a hotel in Nottingham was quite disappointing. The location wasn’t ideal, and the service left a lot to be desired.The room itself was poorly equipped — there was no mirror, no wardrobe or shelves for storage, and not even a trash bin. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the windows weren’t sealed properly, which made the room cold and noisy.The kitchen area was also lacking any basic equipment, making it pretty much unusable. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and wouldn’t stay here again.

Total misrepresentation of photos!

Liked: The hotel looked so so bad I didn't even stay... They didn't not do refunds. The photos on Booking do not represent anything like what the hotel is!! This is misrepresentation!
Disliked: The photos were a lie to the reality!

Disliked: Rude staff, the dirtiest Place i have ever stepped into! Supposed to be a deluxe room..no windows at all..dirty bed sheets, kitchen smelt Awful and a human hair in the fridge! The shower was filthy i don't know what you would catch out of that! We left the property i would not sleep init let alone my 5 year old son! I would rather sleep in the car! This place should not be a hotel it's disgusting
