Superb

Liked: Location of hotel and the Gazebo rooms. Would of given them 10 out of 10 if there had been a bath. All in all very good would stay again.
Disliked: The first room offered was very well appointed but the room was over the kitchen so very hot! After a quick word with the duty manager he changed it to one of the Gazebo rooms which was a great improvement.

Superb building in excellent location...

Liked: Superb location right in the heart of Tewkesbury - step out the front door and you are in the centre for all shops, pubs, restaurants and walks along the river and to Tewkesbury Abbey. Lovely character building with delightful period features. All staff were absolutely fantastic - very friendly, professional and more than willing to help with any requests. Room was great, very spacious with very comfortable bed and great shower - overlooked the high street but was still very quiet during day and nighttime. Excellent breakfast served at very reasonable times - selection or fruit, cereals, juices with menu offering hot options. We opted for the Full English each day - yummy. Always a bonus to get onsite parking although spaces are quite limited so clearly a first come, first served basis and accessed via a very narrow road. Overall couldn't find fault with anything
Disliked: Nothing however just an observation that as with all hotels, bar prices are more expensive than local pubs.

Great Tudor Hotel

Liked: Lovely Tudor Hotel full of character in a great location on the High Street. Staff very friendly. We arrived early but still managed to check in and get a parking space at the rear of the Hotel. Breakfast was a small full English, and orange juice. Room was Excellent in the main building overlooking the High Street. Lovely modern shower room. Highly recommended.
Disliked: Nothing we didn't like

Very poor

Liked: It's fine as an overnight stay.
Disliked: I got little or no sleep. Someone left a radio on underneath our room (radio 3 or classic am). I could find no one from the staff at midnight to switch it off. So after no sleep we left very early. They leave radio's in in all the rooms and I suspect the room beneath was unoccupied and the cleaners had forgotten to switch it off. A shame as the hotel is fine, but we got zero.sleep!
