Liked: My friends stay here at every visit and recommended it to me. It didn’t let me down. The hotel was great and very clean. The staff were friendly and cooked a nice breakfast. Good location and close to the north pier and tower. Will stay again.

Great place to stay and...

Liked: Grace and the team were very welcoming. The hotel was very easy to access from Blackpool north train station, close to amenities and all around a great place to stay.The hotel was clean, the breakfast was delicious and they went above and beyond for myself and my son. Thankyou so much Grace and team. Looking forward to when we visit next.
Disliked: Nothing. It was a pleasant place to stay. Thankyou again.

Perfect place to stay in...

Liked: Very friendly staff, good breakfast and perfectly located. Highly recommendable.

Comfortable base for fun filled...

Liked: Location, staff and rooms were great, as was breakfast! Few minutes walk to north pier, tower and north tram station.
Disliked: To contact the staff with any issues meant leaving the room and going downstairs to ring the ‘ring doorbell’ which meant, as a single parent’ I’d have to leave my child alone on the second floor which isn’t ideal.

A very nice stay with...

Liked: The hotel was mostly clean. Some of the breakfast tables weren’t fully cleaned from the day before but the rest of the hotel was a good standard. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was a great location near the north pier.
Disliked: I had some issues with how clearly I could hear the guests in the room below me. This is likely just due to the building and the staff did rectify the issue for me which was great. My only issue was how difficult it was getting a hold of staff. The ring doorbell is fine until a certain point but with young kids it’s not possible to leave the room to come down each time to speak through the doorbell.
