Liked: located super close to the train station, offers private rooms for 1 person with its own bathroom, kettle and towels included, kind staff
Disliked: quite a bit too shabby, not at all like the photos, door lock very close to breaking, no lift and very steep carpeted staircase (tricky if you have a heavy suitcase)

Reasonable convenient nights stay

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location next to the station and within easy reach of shops was very convenient. It was fairly cheap for a room with private bathroom. Plug in heater was welcome when it got a bit chilly.
Disliked: The room was generally a bit shabby and a little bit grubby ie dirty floor, fair bit of dust around, although the bathroom was acceptably clean. The mattress felt pretty old and saggy and there was no soap provided with the sink. It was noisy being on a main road but I didn't find that an issue with ear plugs.
