Liked: Very good budget hotel within easy walking distance to Blackpool Tower and Winter Gardens. Rooms were small but clean and comfortable beds. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Disliked: Maybe need to ask for a lower room as I've arthritis in my knee,was in the top of the stairs not anybody fault as I should have stated when I booked,but I managed

Liked: Lovely clean hotel , well ran by exceptional hosts , catered to every need.Great location, 5 min walk to coral island.Ideal location for families.
Disliked: We liked everything about our stay , second time we have stayed and was not disappointed.
