Amazing stay
Liked: The hotel is is an amazing location, walking distance to soho Covent Garden etc. Beautiful huge room, clean, full facilities etc

Fantastic location

Disliked: Cocktails on the roof top. Far too much ice, felt like they were very watered down.

Good
Liked: The rooftop bar, which has been updated since last time we went. Was able to book the rooftop bar for us.
Disliked: The view was of construction work being carried out. Breakfast could?ve been arranged better I.e. we waited over 30minutes for breakfast. It was our wedding anniversary so an upgrade or room with a better view or free drink at the rooftop would?ve been nice.

Could Not Expect a Better...
Liked: We stayed at The Trafalgar St James for 3 nights during the bank holiday weekend. It was a perfect weekend. The hotel was very pleasant and the room was great (loved the interactive iPad in the room, a nice feature). We also had a room directly looking over Trafalgar Square, this was really good for us! The location is absolutely perfect. The rooftop bar was really lovely convenience to have in the hotel. The staff were all friendly and polite. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel so much that we have booked again for 3 nights for 3 weeks time!
