This was a beautiful property...

Liked: Beautiful and modern. Just across the street from our venue.
Disliked: Elevators were very busy after the show and there were no clear signs that indicated stairs. Took a little while to find them.

Fantastic location - great hotel...

Liked: Room was clean and stylish. Well equipped
Disliked: Breakfast in the restaurant was very poor - service was incredibly slow despite plenty of staff and badly organized. Food was cold and one order was wrong.

A very nice hotel and...

Liked: The location to the Fiserv was fantastic. The room was very nice, actually impressive. The clerk checking us in was fantastic. While there seemed to be an issue with one of the reservations with Booking.com, it was resolved relatively quickly and they did give us drink coupons for the inconvenience.
Disliked: Just a couple things. 1. The light in the coffee/drink area would not turn off so we had to deal with a light on all night and it was close to the bed. 2. When checking out, the desk clerk pretty much did not care to hear about the light that stayed on all night. She basically just dismissed us. The coffee maker was one I have never seen before, it appeared to be Italian, but I have never operated one and everything was in Italian so it was maybe not the best choice in a hotel that is English speaking. It operated like no other coffee maker I have ever used before and I have used a lot of them. Finally figured it out, but simple directions would have been nice.
