Liked: It was beautiful; the bar was awesome; the front staff were so nice and helpful.
Disliked: None.

Will not be back and...

Liked: One of the restaurants was tasty.
Disliked: Coffee maker broken, unable to get more than 2 bath towels, shelf light on with no switch off, loud in the halls and outside the hotel, received 2 'tokens' for drinks but it was for root beer/beer, the bed was rock hard.

The Trade is a first...

Liked: We stayed at The Trade mainly because it is directly across from FISERV Forum, as we had tickets to see Nate Bargatze. We were pleasantly surprised at how cool the hotel was— loved the decor, the nod to workers, the restaurants, and the room. Loved the design and appointments in the very clean room, and LOVED the bed, comfy pillows, and soft sheets. We slept better than we have in months. Great staff - friendly and helpful. We would stay there again next time we are in Milwaukee (we live 2 hours away).
Disliked: It was perfect for us.

Liked: Lovely hotel, spotless and in a good location. The bed was super comfy, best I have slept in for a long time. Perhaps a combination of the mattress, sheets and pillows, but I just wanted to mention it as it was super comfy. I also like the bar area on the ground floor, it was super social and the bar tender was very attentive and knowledgable.
Disliked: I was not a fan of the more expensive restaurant on the top floor. It felt pretentious and staff were OK, food was average, over rated I would say in my humble opinion.

Disliked: The front desk had bad service and wouldn’t give us our room for my bachelorette party and blamed it on booking.com even though I had a confirmation from booking.com and a room reservation
