I’ll be back!
Liked: Proper hotel, it wasn’t all shiny and new and characterless. My welcome was friendly and there were fans in my room to try and counteract the crazy heat. The shampoo and conditioner have made my hair really soft!

Pretty good..shame about the bathroom
Disliked: The shower is in desperate need or a full revamp. It is leaking into the wall (tile missing, so goodness knows where the water is going) and the silicone is black with mould!

Brilliant location for seeing the...
Liked: Staff welcome was good. Room had a lovely view over old Almshouses and Shakespeare’s old schoolroom.
Disliked: Room was hot but windows did open which was a plus…. As we don’t like to rely on noisy fans in hot weather.

Passable
Liked: Staff was nice and friendly.
Disliked: We were not impress with the disabled room, as we weren't disabled. The shower was rainfall style only, no shower handle. Water just went everywhere as there was no show enclosure. The morning was little npisy even thoguh staff tried to keep it quiet, the opening and closing of doors was disruptive. No keep luggage facilities, they were just left semi-public in reception with high risk of theft.
