Disliked: The lighting. Rubbish for putting makeup on

Liked: well sized room with double & single bed, bathroom with a shower AND a bathtub! VERY friendly and helpful staff!
Disliked: windows cannot be opened so has to rely on air con

Hassle free and very comfortable...

Liked: Excellent spacious room great location
Disliked: Sadly had a bathroom leak from the room upstairs.. not hotel induced probably the occupants above

Nice Hotel

Liked: Nice hotel in a good location. Good sized room, and a decent breakfast. Would stay again.

Nice room but no fresh...

Liked: We found on arrival that the receptionist spoke incredibly fast and was not particularly warm or welcoming. The woman on reception in the morning was marginally better but also quite cool. We couldn't open the window in our room which was annoying. However the level of cleanliness was very high.
Disliked: Meeting and greeting could be a little warmer and friendlier.Window keyhole be offered to open the window to allow fresh air.

Worth the money. Would still...

Liked: Size of room was spacious
Disliked: Very dark in the room with curtains open and all lights on. Room needs a total clean as there was quite a lot of dust in corners and needs a like of paint to freshen up Can’t see out of the window which is a shame

Nice hotel with all you...

Liked: The room 408 was nicely situated with views looking out over the city. This hotel itself is obviously an old building full of character, history and wonderful architecture.
Disliked: Nothing really!

Very good

Liked: Excellent value, location and facilities.
Disliked: Bed a bit soft for me, and I had to keep my heel on the plug in the bath, but a great deep bath so not the end of the world.

Disliked: Bathroom- ceiling was cracked , no charging ports next to bed, bathroom shower screen opens over toilet.
