Good hotel for a great...

Liked: Good location bed was very comfy and room nice and spacious
Disliked: A few faults in the room eg some lights didn’t work and could hear people outside very clear through the walls which woke us up a couple of times

Liked: This is my second stay at the Townhouse Hotel, and it once again exceeded expectations. The hotel itself is a delight – clean, stylishly designed throughout, with lovely bedrooms boasting well-stocked bathrooms. They even have a variety of conference rooms and facilities, perfect for business travelers.While Manchester offers many hotels with similar amenities, what truly sets the Townhouse apart is its incredible staff. They go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They are the absolute heart of this fantastic hotel!I'd like to personally thank Lorena, Paris, Florida, Jan, John, and Glym. Whether they were serving us a delicious full English or continental breakfast, expertly organizing our stay at reception, or patiently waiting for our late 2 am arrival, their genuine care and helpfulness were outstanding.If you're looking for a hotel in Manchester city center, I wholeheartedly recommend the Townhouse. Great value hotel in a...

Liked: Really nice spacious room. Even though smack bang in the centre of town it wasn't noisy at night. Didn't use the bar but it looked like a nice relaxing space with good drinks selection. Staff all very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Bathroom was very cold but that's pretty much the only negative I could think of.

Liked: Location, room was very good and breakfast was good. Staff very helpful and polite and nothing a problem
Disliked: Nothing

Comfortable

Liked: Great communication via booking.com, the reception staff kindly looked after my daughter when she checked in first before me. Making sure my daughter and her friends, who happened to be eating dinner, were looked after well.
Disliked: Nothing

Wouldn’t recommend. Very noisy outside...

Liked: Breakfast was nice. The room was large.
Disliked: Massively overpriced, fairly tired property with stains on the carpet etc.
