Pleasant staff; good value breakfast

Liked: Staff are excellent. The guy who checked us in was pleasant and cheerful. Other staff who served breakfast or in the evening were all very attentative and polite. Happy to reset the wifi for us when there was an issue connecting. The breakfast for 6 pounds is a really good deal. Fills you up without being too stuffed, and obviously great value.
Disliked: Rooms are a little warm and creaky - but it's an old building. Could do with some upgrade, but that's difficult I think.

Liked: Good central position for our needs, staff all excellent and not one unhappy face. Excellent choice of food and especially as my wife is vegetarian.
Disliked: The shower above the bath had no anti slip mat which for elderly people like us was a slight problem.

Liked: Excellent customer service.Meals were served quickly,Staff very attentive ,especially waitress Darcy.Always checking to see if anything was needed.Rooms were basic but clean.
Disliked: No air-conditioning in hotel rooms ,small fan supplied but extremely warm making sleeping almost impossible.Larger fans would have been beneficial.
